I feel in my life that a true path is always very painful. People would rather not accept the truth. Most people know that treatment means only injection, tablets, tonic bottles, syrup, and a big hospital. If you don't follow this treatment, you'll be in trouble; even most pathology doctors and patient friends warned you. I am very much disappointed with my wife, Dr. Vandana Kumari's, purely old homeopathic practices. Some homeopathic doctors came to my clinic for their treatment or to treat their patients if they were tired of their diagnoses. I am giving my points below, which is why I am disappointed with this path as a profession.

1. In this pure homeopathy, the patient should be patient. But it is rarely available to today's people. Patients seek our clinic when allopathic doctors refuse or neglect their care.

2. So that doctor will have to leave the patient if the patient has too old or too long a treatment for any chronic disease or too much use of homeopathy. Homeopathic treatment by other doctors is unhelpful for patients and doctors. 

3. Homeopathic medicine should not work properly if a patient is suddenly treated by another homeopathic doctor.

4. Doctors don't have proper income for their family's survival. Doctors are always facing financial crises to support their families.

5. In this path, doctors engage in hard work, such as regular studies of materia medica and various authors' books, to enhance their knowledge or provide treatment for any type of disease.

6. A doctor never knows which type of patients will come to his/her clinic. This ensures that he is always engaged with his knowledge. 

7. Patients are not ready to pay high consultancy fees. Because in this profession, a doctor doesn't have any other income, like the medicine commission or the medical report commission in allopathy. 

8. If a doctor prescribes you medicine, then he can only charge the patient 50 to 100 rupees.

9. If the patient recovers from any chronic disease here, he will not easily return for treatment of any other disease. It means people are not ready to understand the benefits of this treatment. Even those who had taken advantage of this treatment.

10. Here, literate patients are also ready to understand that there is no need for medical reports. No medicine side effects, no timetable for medicine consumption, only a single dose of medicine for most of the disease. 

11. If his one chronic disease is cured at this clinic after some time, and he gets affected by any other disease, then he will go to another doctor's clinic. If that doctor fails to cure his disease, he will return to our clinic once again.

12. Some of the patients are not ready to pay 550 Rs for the first-time treatment (including the doctor consultation fee with medicine). They want a discount on that money.

13. If a doctor cures honestly, then his survival will be crucial, so how can he maintain a multi-story building clinic with a decorated one? So most of the new patients understand that the doctor is not up to par.

14. So we are also losing our patience, and we are thinking that we will be the last doctor of pure old homeopathy. We will never recommend this type of treatment to other doctors.
