My personal observation is that body exercise is not only appropriate but also beneficial for better health. You will also have to control our food. The second most important thing is that you will also have to make a strong determination that you will have to maintain your better health. After that, your workout will continue for a lifetime

The best exercise time is early in the morning. But in the gym, the trainer will suggest that you do it at any time of the day or night. But this will not be better than early morning.

So there is a proverb that "early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise." "If you do this, then it certainly gives a drastic change in your body.

A laborer hasn't needed any type of physical exercise because his body is active the whole day. But those who don't have a physical job or live life luxuriously will have to give one or two hours regularly for a workout. 

Yoga is not a new system of exercise, but it has been running from very ancient times. Our Munger district is already known for yoga. But no doubt Swami Ramdev had spread all over India and abroad. 

I agree that most of the people do not like Swami Ramdev. But fortunately, I also had influence from Ramdev Yoga. I had already learned yoga from the Ramdev yoga video. 

Types and tips of some important yoga for beginners: ---

Walking, running, cycling, and jogging. House cleaning, yoga, pranayama, and meditation (Vipassana) are the best exercises. Walking should be done with the mouth closed and a focus on breathing. 

In pranayama practices, please follow the rules. 

1) Should be done on an open ground on a sitting mat.

2) Always keep your eyes and mouth closed during pranayama and focus on breathing. 

3) Do pranayam, maximum slow breathing as you can. 

4) Always take a break of 10 to 15 seconds if you feel suffocated.

Sirsasana is also a good yoga pose. But this should be learned from an expert of Sirshashan. This should be learned before 35. At first, you should take help from a wall or any other person.

Without proper guidelines, never practice Sirshasan. This will increase your blood pressure. At the primary stage, this should be done for a maximum of three minutes.

You should also change your type and series of exercise as well as your food (as our dietitian suggests that you always change your flour type, like wheat, gram flour, etc.). 

Some days only walking, some days jogging, some days running, etc. According to that, we should also change our exercise type.

 Precautions in yoga for beginners:---

You should maintain regularity under any circumstances. If you do a 30-minute or one-hour workout, then this should be regularly maintained. If you give up exercise for a long time, then this will harm your body.

You should also take a one-day gap every week to balance your body. Gym exercise is not suitable because when you leave it, you will get joint pain and other types of pain in your body. This is my personal observation. 

So I will give you advice that you should always do exercise, yoga, and pranayama in an open ground space. This will be the best exercise for your better health. And if you do mental exercise like Vipassana meditation, then it should be done in a closed room with close lighting.

If possible, yoga for beginners should start under a yoga expert. Otherwise, some of the little mistakes will make you lose your effort and time.

Your diet should be according to your exercise (job). If you are doing hard work, then you can add a veggie item and extra protein-rich food. Otherwise, homemade food is sufficient for any health-conscious person. 

Junk food, Coke, hotel and restaurant food, and any type of packaged food are enemies of good health.

Conclusion:----

Our body is controlled by our mind. So mental exercise is more important in comparison to body exercise. But unfortunately, most people aren't aware of that. And they also don't like to talk about the mind.

I would like to suggest that every person should take part in Vipassana meditation from the Vipassana Center. Vipassana is the best exercise for the mind. You can also do pranayama, which will also be beneficial for the mind.

Any type of physical exercise will give you more blood circulation, more energy, and boost your body.

If you want to see a quick result in your body, then you will also have to improve your diet. It means what type of food we should eat, when we should eat it, and how we should eat it. Otherwise, you can't get a quick result only from exercise.
